Due to the custom nature of made-to-order press-on nails, we do not accept returns, refunds, or offer exchanges.
Once an order is placed, we don’t offer refunds unless it’s past the 14-business day processing time due to delays on our end. If you would like to request a refund after 14 business days, you can email us. If we have notified you in writing that there will be a delay in your processing time and you acknowledge/agree, then a refund will not be issued.
Once an order has been dropped off to a shipping partner (i.e.: USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.), the package is now out of our hands. We are not responsible for any damages during transit due to shipping partners’ mishandling, or lost packages. All packages include tracking and insurance up to a set value, so you can submit a claim with the shipping partner if your package is damaged or lost.
Please let us know if the package doesn’t arrive as intended so we can assist on how to file a claim with the shipping partner. We are not liable or responsible for replacing or refunding the items.
